It's thick, coarse leaves are dark green with a lighter underside turning to shades of bronze to burgundy in fall & winter. The petite white flowers in summer often become tiny red fruits. The fruit of the Creeping Raspberry is more ornamental & while it is edible, the plant is not for fruit production.
